Our donuts make a great complimentary "vessel" to reducing sugar in your diet. With our portion controlled donut molds you can count sugar grams for each serving and eliminate a desired goal amount of sugar each week. Slowly your taste buds will change and remove the feeling of being deprived habituating yourself off of high amounts of sugar
Also you can reduce your sugar intake by eliminating the additional sugars options and rely on the fresh fruit and chocolate chips for their added sweetness.
Our donuts make great travel companions. With 8g of protein these little guys will sustain you for 2 hours giving you time to properly plan a meal. Take them to run errands, take them on a road trip, take them to work!
Want more protein? Add a tbsp of nut butter on top. Or add 2 tbsp of protein powder & 1 tbsp of additional water or milk to the recipe.
Any of Dr. Bob's Mixes can be used in this recipe, but beware if you are using the Browniez Mix it is already sweetened. You may want to eliminate any additional sweeteners.
